I'm Not Dead, I'm Doing Memes
Oct. 23rd, 2009 07:40 amTo misquote Monty Python. Monty Python mottos are getting me through life at the moment – my laptop is dead, my memory stick has vanished (although this situation will be fixed later today), and I have three essays due next week, not to speak of fandom commitments.
I’m still in a good mood, though. I have a job interview next week for a library. I love libraries! And I have to bring a book I enjoyed (or a magazine, CD or DVD, but pfft) and recommend it to them! lavillanueva for the first time in YONKS, and am feeling all inspired fic-wise. And I have faith I’ll finish an essay today. And I think I may have enough money to have an incredibly brilliant Hallowe’en.
I am so sorry to have been so conspicuously absent! With luck, I’ll make it up to you soon. Although in November I’m doing NaNoWriMo (more on that later).
To make up for this, and get me back in practice, I’m going to do TWO WHOLE MEMES off this post. One nicked offlavillanueva because it’s great and so is she, and one to get me back into porn-writing and make up for my absence.
